Start with the family
Tell us what you are seeing.
We ask what is working, where frustration shows up, and what you want to change. Your answer shapes the assessment.

Find the starting point
The assessment shows us where to begin.
We look at what the learner can do now, where understanding breaks down, and how they respond to the work.

Meet a possible tutor
The working relationship starts early.
A potential tutor takes part in the assessment. We watch how the learner responds and whether the interaction feels workable.

Agree on the first plan
The next step is decided with you.
We explain what we saw, make a recommendation, and agree on the learning plan and schedule with your family.

Once lessons begin
Lessons follow the plan you agreed.
Your child learns one-to-one, online, at the times agreed with your family.

As your child grows
Changes to the plan are agreed with you.
The plan can change as your child does. When something should change, we explain why and agree it with your family first.
If you have a concern
Tell us, whatever it is.
If something about your child’s learning does not feel right, please contact us. Tell us which child it is about and what you have noticed.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
After the assessment
You will know what we saw and what we recommend.
We talk through the findings with you. Then we agree on the first learning plan and schedule.
